MCC Leadership and Employees have extensive experience in all aspects of Network Operations (NETOPs).
We led the largest Network Operations consolidation effort for the Defense Information Systems Agency through the consolidation of 19 disparate operation centers into one seamless operation using ITIL Best Practices and achieving ISO 20K certification.
Scott McCall served in the USAF for 21 years with an extensive Information Systems background, and experience working in commercial communication areas with over 35 years of IT Systems and Networking experience.
Dave Robinson served 20 years in the USAF, gaining significant DOD and Federal experience with 16 years of business development leading and supporting over 250 proposals and over 35 years of experience in IT services and systems engineering.
